The Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum, the Rhinebeck Reformed Church, the Jewish Federation of Dutchess County and the Mid-Hudson Antislavery History Project will present an African American History Month author talk and signing with Andrew Delbanco author of THE WAR BEFORE THE WAR: FUGITIVE SLAVES AND THE STRUGGLE FOR AMERICA’S SOUL FROM THE REVOLUTION TO THE CIVIL WAR at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 9, 2020.

The program will be held in the Henry A. Wallace Center at the FDR Presidential Library and Home.

Free public event but registration is required.
