The team works collaboratively on all elements of the planning and implementation. Team members select a particular focus area for which they would like to be responsible, collaborating with committee members to accomplish designated tasks related to the program’s development. Planning components include topic selection, presenter arrangements, sponsor and raffle arrangements, marketing, technology, and participant follow-up.

The LibertyCon Planning Team meets virtually on the first Monday of each month. Meeting information is located on the website Events Calendar.
