A Coffee House Evening – Open Mic at Its Best! – Celebrating Women’s Spoken Word

March 26 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

$10 – $100

Underground Railroad Education Center is excited to host it’s second open mic coffee house where women of our community, near and far, will be able to share spoken word.

Spoken Word pieces should be 5 minutes long. A recorded performance of the selected piece is requested for review by the planning committee. Directions for submission are coming.

Performers as asked to attend the Coffee House so that they can introduce themselves and their spoken word piece.

This fun filled evening is sure to add a little cheer as we long for spring. You can choose to participate or simply sit back and enjoy our wildly talented friends and neighbors! All proceeds from the tickets go to the Underground Railroad Education Center!

There will also be a 50/50 raffle, tickets are 10 dollars and can be purchased at time of registration.
