An online tour will showcase high school students in New York’s Capital Region who call themselves “young abolitionists” and the work of Marcus Anderson, graphic artist and deputy director of the Capital Region Underground Railroad Education Center. Participants will see a recorded tour of the Stephen and Harriet Myers Residence, which served as a center for Underground Railroad activity. The Underground Railroad Education Center, based in Albany, N.Y., researches, interprets, and preserves the local and national history of the Underground Railroad movement.
