Evaluation of the Award Event and steps moving forward will be the topic of discussion at the February 7, 2023 Daniel Stewart Memorial Fund meeting. This award is named in honor of Daniel Stewart who contributed his photography skills to photographically record the happenings of UREC. His life was cut short at the young age of 34 years by a driver who failed to yield the right of way. Daniel is fondly remembered by the support offered to emerging photographers through this award. Efforts to expand this fund and expand its outreach and to plan the annual award ceremony need the thoughtful participation of UREC supporters.
