The multiple challenges and threats taking place around us, locally, nationally, and internationally, are affecting one way or another our attention, our ability to take care of our responsibilities, as well as our relationships. From the cost of groceries we experience every week to the political rhetoric and the immigration and international crises about which we hear every day, we are dealing with a lot and things do not seem to be slowing down. But we are not alone. We can find strength and support in our community and in opportunities to share our concerns, perspectives, and stories as well to learn about those of others.

For this purpose, the Underground Railroad Education Center and the Excelsior University Center for Social Justice have partnered to facilitate monthly conversations about recent events at the Myers Residence.
