Schoharie Crossing State Historic Site extends an opportunity to student artists residing in New York State to showcase their work in a competitive juried online exhibition.

About the Theme:
No matter where we look, even if we don’t realize it, the past is always present. We ask that you, the student artist, discover history, your own and our collective history as New Yorkers, by taking a reflective look into the world around us today along the Erie Canal. Please demonstrate in your work that our history is present, it is reflected all around and even within us. Art should represent a portion of the Erie Canal.
