Black in the Hudson Valley Book Talk Series – with Dr. Frankie Bailey

Writer of crime fiction and non-fiction, Frankie Bailey, Professor, School of Criminal Justice, Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy, is a crime fiction writer par excellence. Applying her research into topics related to images of victims, offenders, and criminal justice agents in American culture to her interest in the intersections of criminal justice, mass media/popular culture, and American history, Frankie’s nonfiction and crime fiction are not to be missed. Join Book House of Stuyvesant Plaza, Underground Railroad Education Center, the AJ Williams-Myers African Roots Library, and League of Women Voters of Albany County on Wednesday, February 23 from 4:30pm-5:30pm for the inaugural hybrid book talk with Frankie Bailey.
In-person guests are invited to attend at the Book House of Stuyvesant Plaza located in Stuyvesant Plaza at 1475 Western Avenue in Albany, New York.
