Join with UREC and Bast Hatfield to learn about construction jobs available through the building of the Interpretive Center of Underground Railroad Education Center. The Interpretive Center is a 14,000 square foot building to be located on the properties currently identified as 184-190 Livingston Avenue. This net zero, geothermal and solar building will be built beginning in 2025.

This information session will be held in the community room of the Arbor Hill / West Hill public library on Henry Johnson Boulevard from 6pm-8pm. Please plan to attend the full two hours. Pizza and soda will be available.

Assemblymember Fahy Announces $2 Million Towards Interpretive Center

Assemblymember Pat Fahy, in collaboration with Assemblymember John McDonald, announced a $2 million grant towards the creation of Underground Railroad Education Center’s Interpretive Center on Wednesday, June 28th. The press conference was held on the grounds where the Interpretive Center will be built.
