SUMMARY:Opening Reception: Working the Waters
DESCRIPTION:Join us to celebrate the opening reception of Working the Waters: Black Mariners on the Hudson Rivers 1800s.  As the first installation in our Black Experience Exhibit Series\, this exhibit explores the lives and labor of Black mariners\, sailors\, and ship captains. \nThe reception will take place on Thursday\, May 21 at the Alice Moore Black Arts and Cultural Center from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
