Target Circle is NOT connected to a Target credit card.\nVotes will be tallied in March 2023 and a financial contribution from Target will be generated for UREC based upon the number of votes received from community members.\nVotes can be made via the Target app\, via your online purchases\, and by entering your mobile phone number at checkout.
