URHP Reads – The Color of Law

URHP Reads – The Color of Law: a forgotten history of how our government segregated America, by Richard Rothstein (2017). We will turn our attention to the contemporary relevance of Underground Railroad history for us today by reading The Color of Law. The focus for each month will be as follows:

October 13 – chapters 1 & 2
November 10 – chapters 3 & 4
December 8 – chapters 5 & 6
January 12 – chapters 7 & 8
February 9 – chapters 9 & 10
March 9 – chapters 11 & 12 (Rescheduled to April 13)
April 13 – chapters 11 & 12
