Gardening and Landscaping Committee

The Gardening and Landscaping Committee is working on transforming the Abram Johnson property into a space of beauty and education. Raised beds and the House Garden will be home to heirloom plants reflective of what would have been growing when Abram Johnson lived on the property and when Stephen and Harriet lived at 198 Lumber Street, today’s 194 Livingston Avenue. The walking path that is under construction will provide a way to linger in the garden and  access other properties.
